On Monday, March 23, 2020, Mayor Rolane Christofferson signed a “Declaration of a State of Local Disaster Emergency” in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Additionally, Town Hall is closed to the public as part of modified operations.  See the below documents for additional information.

The Town of Terry is now able to receive sewer utility payments via credit/debit card.  To pay online, on the “Home” page, just select the “Pay Online” button and follow the instructions at the linked page.

The Town of Terry is seeking applications for a full-time position in the Public Works department.  Duties include maintaining upkeep of town including the park and swimming pool; performing work required for garbage collections, sewer, streets, and other public works projects.  Position requires a high school diploma/GED and a CDL with an air brakes endorsement.  This is a full time position with wages beginning at $18.00/hour, DOE, plus a benefits package.  The application is available at the below link or at the Terry Town Hall at 114 Laundre Avenue.  Please call (406) 635-5411 with any questions.  All applications must be returned to the Town Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31st, 2020.
